Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 10 days after order is received and mail order within 15 days of the original receipt of purchase located in the continental US. Counties located outside of the US including Canada returns are accepted within 20 days of receipt

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returned items may be exchanged for a product of equal value for a store credit only.

All SALE/clearance items are FINAL sale and Non-returnable or Non-refundable.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will only exchange or offer a store credit on eligible items. If approved, you’ll be credited via Store Credit within 3 business days.

Return and exchanges are accepted on items that are in the original condition, with original tags, and unworn. 

What a Diva wears will inspect all returns and reserves the right to deny a refund on items that they deem are not in a resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total.
