Return & Exchange Policy

At What A Diva Wears Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer a store credit or exchange on eligible items.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date for orders shipped within the continental United States.

  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, and other international destinations must be requested within 20 days of delivery.

  • Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted after these timeframes. No exceptions.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached.

  • All sale, clearance, and final sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please read product descriptions to ensure a proper fit prior to purchase.

Store Credit & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds.

Approved returns are eligible for store credit or an exchange only. Store credit will be issued within 3 business days after your return has been received and inspected.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions. The cost of shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your total purchase.

Returns sent without first obtaining return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at InfoWADW@whatadivawears.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or style, simply request a return through our Return Portal. Once your return has been approved, you may exchange the item (subject to availability) or receive store credit to place a new order.

Return Inspection

All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt. What A Diva Wears Boutique reserves the right to deny any return that is worn, damaged, altered, missing tags, or otherwise not in resalable condition.
