Shipping policy
We are located in Montgomery Alabama; all orders are shipped from this location. Orders are shipped via USPS within 1-7 business days of payment verification, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be shipped.
As of May 2025, we're now offering international shipping.
*We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by the courier or weather.*
We are not responsible for any orders that are lost in transit or are we responsible for any damage that is caused in transit via USPS. Please contact your local USPS office with the provided tracking number that was issued at the time of shipping and settle the matter with them. We cannot and will not replace any items that were lost or damaged that is not at the fault of What A Diva Wears.
You will receive your tracking information on the day that that your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
Please ensure that that your shipping information is correct, upon receiving your conformation e-mail we will not be responsible for the input of the wrong address or incorrect information, and you will have to resolve the matter with the courier. If an error is made, please e-mail What A Diva Wears within 8 hours of confirmation e-mail. Once we process an order for shipping no changes can be made.
Out of Stock items- If an item is out of stock and the order is processed, we will immediately issue you a refund. If only partial items are in stock you will only receive the in-stock item, and a refund will be issued for the missing item.
Please allow 3-10 business days for a refund posted to your bank account.
